An essential part of digital photography is the ability to edit the images captured. As digital camera technology has evolved, so has editing technology, allowing photographers to edit images they may have previously deleted and produce wonderful images.
In this session, Lou will edit a number of photos using:
Birds, in general, and especially Sugarbirds, are challenging subjects to photograph. They can be small, move quickly, and change direction often. Capturing great bird images requires fast shutter speeds, accurate focus, good depth of field control, anticipated behaviour and the selection of the appropriate shooting modes
This workshop will cover the various camera features and settings that can be used to maximize your potential to capture great bird photos, including:
Historically, a landscape photographer is pictured as lugging a heavy tripod around, shooting longer exposures at low ISO using small apertures. The consequences are that often only a few shots are captured in a session and many people swear off landscape photography. It doesn’t have to be that way.
The landscape seminar will cover an approach to landscape photography at low ISO, with good depth of field, without a tripod. We will cover:
